At Frames by Airin, every frame is meticulously handcrafted to order in our workshop in India. Because we focus on quality, our processing and shipping timelines reflect the care that goes into each product.

1. Order Processing Time

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, constructed, and packed before it is handed over to the courier. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India.

Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing.

3. International Shipping (Global)

We happily ship globally! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your custom frame, as well as the destination country.

Estimated Delivery: Typically 7-14 business days after processing, depending on customs clearance in your country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is severely delayed or arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately at contact@framesbyairin.com so we can file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement.
