What materials do you use for your frames?
We offer a wide variety of premium framing options to suit any style or budget. Our materials include high-quality synthetic fiber for lightweight durability, as well as an array of solid woods such as Acacia, Mango, Pine, and premium American Oak wood. All frames are paired with acid-free mats and UV-protective acrylic glazing to ensure your artwork and photos are beautifully preserved.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! While we are based in India, we ship our frames globally. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to process an order?
Each frame is handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to custom-build your frame before it is shipped out.
What happens if my frame arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our frames, but accidents can happen in transit. If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@framesbyairin.com with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I order a custom size that isn't listed?
Absolutely! We specialize in custom framing. If you have a specific size in mind, please use our Custom Frame tool or contact us directly for a quote.
